About
Carmen earned her MSW from Wayne State University in 2026, with plans to become a mental health therapist specializing in anxiety disorders.​​
​
In the lab, Carmen helps with the BRAINS study, manages our website and newsletter, and coordinates the CANDID research division. She also serves as co-lab manager alongside Jennifer Losiowski and Natalie Thurston.
Outside the Lab
In her free time, Carmen enjoys crafting, hiking, watching movies, and spending time with her dog Gemma.
